After a serious review on the latest development of the COVID-19 pandemic and the global travelling restrictions, which also affect visitors to Hong Kong, the ICST organizing committee has decided to re-schedule the 12th ICST conference to September 27-29, 2023 and relocate from Hong Kong to the University of Jyväskylä, Jyväskylä, Finland.
